My name is Ian Morrison, and I am the Director of Valmist P/L, and Principal of "The Rental Man / Caboolture Property Sales".
I started my career in 1984 in property sales, but soon studied at college for my Business Management qualifications, and moved into Managing large rent-rolls and finally my own office, which I opened in Caboolture in 1992.
I am passionate about Real Estate as a product, but more about the service we as agents can provide. I believe we've created a friendly yet efficient system that serves our clients well.
When not at work (anytime Sundays) I enjoy hanging out in my shed working on my classic old Italian motorcycles and organising club functions (Club Laverda Qld), one of which is the Story Bridge Concours, at which we raise funds for the Make-A-Wish foundation by showing our motorcycles to the public.
My belief is you've got to give a little to gain a lot, so I am pleased to play my part in these events, and also to head a positive team of individuals dedicated to serving the Caboolture housing community.
